WOW! I am in shock at how easy this process went. I am a nurse that works weird hours. I hate making multiple appointments for things. I got a total of 3 quotes for new gutters. This company was less than half the price of the other 2. They didn't sit me down for 30+ minutes to try to upsell me or discuss options.. they quoted what I asked for. These guys are top rated - but apparently not for me. I requested a quote at the beginning of the year, which was prompt and fair, I'll give them that. Collin called me shortly after requesting the quote on their website, we talked through the job, and he sent the quote to my email. Then we had the big snow storm - so I called Collin back, leaving him a voicemail saying we obviously cannot clean gutters with 6" of snow on the roof, but I did want him to also quote me gutter guards. Colin was easy to work with and communicated well. Didn’t hard sell me on parts I didn’t want or need. Needed some tweaks after gutter installation and Colin made sure everything was remedied correctly and quickly. Crew cleaned up so no nails from old gutters were left, so my dog was safe to go in the yard. I highly recommend Top Rated Gutters
