I’ve been a regular client here and generally like the way they work, but I had a 6 PM appointment and when I arrived, they were busy with two other clients. I understand places can get behind, but what bothered me was the lack of communication. I waited 15 minutes before another client, who seemed to have just walked in, was taken ahead of me. We went a few weeks ago while in Denver. Brian started my and my daughter's pedicures, then Van finished it with her amazing attention to detail with paint and nail art! They were so kind to both my daughter and I. I also forgot my jacket when leaving and my wallet was in the pocket. Van accommodated me picking up the jacket outside business hours as I was traveling out of state. We will be back next time we are in Lakewood.
