First off, working with Raul was a pleasure. No pressure and he offered several suggestions. Our roof was replaced about 15 years ago by another major company, also due to hail, so I have a good comparison. Top Quality Roofing was far superior. The crew showed up early and worked late. I was amazed at how fast they removed the old shingles and got them loaded up and hauled off. It took three dump trailer loads. Excellent roofing experience after a horrible hail storm totaled not only our roof but both of our vehicles. The new roof looks great, got to pick a better color than builder grade and was replaced in 1 day with fence and gutters the next. Extremely pleased with the work and professionalism of the entire crew. Had a headache with insurance and paperwork but Raul took care of everything for us. Highly recommend Top Quality Roofing
I cannot say enough about this company. They are honest and explain everything to you, beginning to end. From the crew that came to do the estimate ( they actually even put up plastic covering for me when the guy from the insurance said it wasn’t that bad, it was leaking!) to the crew that worked the roof and everyone in between, excellent work! They did an excellent job! There were timely, quick, and our roof looks gorgeous. Their customer service is top notch, and they were very helpful with every step. I would absolutely recommend them to all of my friends and family.
