used them in the past no problem , they put in a flush assy , in our tank , and i was told if you need a part it is easy to get ... WELL .... the flapper broke , i called , the lady said she would call back today , GOT NO CALL , the NEXT day i called , got her again and she said they would drop off the part this afternoon [ as nobody had the right one] , WELL ..... im into day three , nobody showed , SO i presume if it isn't a big dollar job , they don't want to be bothered with you
I had a leak in my house and my water heater needed to be removed and reinstalled to be able to access and fix the water damage. This company was the only company that quoted me a fair price and didn't try to sell me a new water heater while my old one was only 6 years old. The service was excellent and it was easy to schedule the appointments. I'm grateful that I found this company. Thank you!
