We contacted Liam after putting a pool in the backyard of our newly purchased home. He was quick to respond and provided a detailed proposal and estimate for sod and landscaping to manage some drainage considerations. Liam went above and beyond, working to correct a serious drainage issue. Their responsiveness,, work and communication were without doubt the best I have ever experienced. I will be using them for all future landscaping projects and highly recommend them.
Top quality did a great job grading and sanding a small area for a shipping container. They got out there around 9AM and were done early afternoon. Pretty good price as well. If I need more landwork done I know who I will be calling first.
It takes an exceptional experience to get me to leave a review, but these guys were top notch. Jason came out a couple times to get the lay of the land (literally) and to come up with a game plan to get one side of my yard to actually drain. Luckily, I had the elevation to spare and it wasn't too complicated a fix. I'd gotten a quote from two other people that turned out to be twice what Jason quoted me, so I went with his team. When we had our initial visit, we told the gentleman what we wanted, he drew up a plan, and we expected that would be that. When the workers got here, they didn't follow the plan at all, tearing up the two sapling apple trees we had agreed they would work around, and failing to remove a small tree we were told they would remove. Instead, they were in and out, gave us a piece of paper with grass care instructions, and left. Three weeks later, all of the sod was dead.
