I would not recommend Top Quality Roofing to anyone. This company has a history of not paying on time and lacks professionalism. The workmanship is rushed and cut-rate, often designed to look acceptable on the surface while hiding serious problems underneath. For example, I’ve seen them improperly install roofing by putting nails in the valleys, which can cause major long-term damage that homeowners may not notice until it’s too late. Best in the Northwest! I was a contractor for 20 years, I knew how difficult my roof is (it's split into 8 sections separated with parapet walls) and had never been done right. Jacob is an ace. His crew were polite and respectful and hard working. They did a beautiful job, had a better plan then the bigger companies and saved me some $$$ too. Best of all my house no longer leaks! Highly recommend!
Jacob and his crew did a nice job on our roof. Jacob was very pleasant to work with, had great communication skills and kept us informed every step of the way. We utilized his company for multiple jobs including roof, siding, new soffit, and an encasement of a post on our front door patio. He did good work, and when a concern was brought to him he remedied the issue quickly. He made himself available on a weekend to finish the job by himself so we could be happy and satisfied. I would utilize Jacob and Top Quality again.
Highly recommend Jacob / Top Quality Exterior! Jacob was wonderful, extremely polite and professional to work with, and very reasonably priced. He and his crew did an outstanding job, and in a very efficient, timely manner. Had both the house and detached garage roof replaced - looks fantastic, with great quality! Roofs can be a big ticket, pricey item - Jacob was supportive and understanding, and turned this expensive necessity into a positive experience.
Jacob and his crew are professional and did a great job on my roof replacement. He made sure I was satisfied with the job after unexpected setbacks. Highly recommend!
