I want to say that this company and the woman who answered the phone was absolute bullshit. We are out of heating fuel and called to get more and the woman rudely sàid that we are out of luck until Monday because they already came to Mifflinburg earlier this week and won't be back until Monday. Explained we are out of fuel to heat our home. Her response just get some space heaters. That's not acceptable. Unreliable. They don’t communicate, and will let your tank run out. They seem to not value customers and take them for granted. There are better options with more transparent companies that want your business. Look them up. Top Quality is only in the name.
Good experience
I just bought my house, and both times I needed oil, they were friendly, and fast. Greatly appreciated when my hot water, and heat come from oil. They also showed me the best way to get the boiler restarted. I highly recommend them. They appreciate their customers, and take care of them. Very knowledgeable if you have questions.
