Always had good service from Top Quality. Always good prices and were always very nice to deal with. Whenever I did price checking I always ended up going with Top Quality. I don’t even shop anymore. If I need heating oil Top Quality gets my call and business.
Got oil few weeks ago after I had called around and no one would either deliver to me or they asked for an insane amount. I called here and they worked with me and they went out of their way to really help me out in more ways than they know. I will recommend them to anyone, not just for their price as being as low as it is but for the help they provided in short time and before the holidays which was a blessing.
Last time I called for oil, I waited all day at home for them not to show up. The following day, while I was out of the house for an hour, they showed up and left a bill. When I called in, they were rude and gave me a different price than my paper receipt and said if I pay over the phone, there is an additional 3% charge. So I said I'd mail it in. We've been dealing with Top Quality now for quite a few years. We switched from a company I won't name located out of Middleburg who were a joke when I came to customer service and emergency services when needed. Last night was the first we needed Top Quality to come through as we ran out of heating oil. I called around 4 pm and they had oil here with in a hour and a half. They're always pleasant to deal with no matter who you talk to. Really nice and caring people. Highly recommend!
Always prompt delivery and competitive prices. Claim to have a premium off road dyed diesel with higher lubricantcy to protect modern fuel pumps and injectors in equipment.
