The worst business ever!! I enlisted Top Quality Automotive to install a major part I'd purchased. While inserting that part, they broke another part, replaced it with a âused' part that did not work properly. I, together with a mechanic that worked for him, and with the evidence from another shop, explained to the owner that the replaced part was defective.
