I recently purchased a car from Top Quality Auto, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle. They took the time to understand my needs and offered several great options within my budget.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. SOLD ME A CAR THAT LASTED 1500 MILES THEN ENGINE WENT INTO LIMP MODE AND WOULDN’T DRIVE. WARRANTY WITH THE CAR THEY PROVIDED IS A JOKE AND DOES NOTHING. THE DEALER WAS NO HELP TO ME AND DID NOT CARE ABOUT MY ISSUES. CAR IS STILL NOT 100% AFTER SPENDING $3,000+ ON REPAIRS. ATTACHED MY REPAIR INVOICE I HAD TO PAY LESS THAN A MONTH OF OWNERSHIP. WAS TOLD CAR WAS FIXED AND NO ISSUES. THAT IS UNTRUE. CAR HAD TO RETIME ENGINE, NEW TURBOS, NEW DOOR PANEL, AND STILL NEEDS MORE. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
Very good and honest dealer, made it very easy for me to pick a car at a very good price. Financing was done easily and I drove away very happy. Time later Pavel helps me with maintenance. When I want to switch cars I’m coming back to Top Quality for sure
