I called this company for an estimate, and I was greeted by the owner Neri earlier this year, after explaining the job to him, without any agreement in place, he showed up and started working 2 months later. When he showed up without notice I told him we didn’t have an agreement, and he responded by giving me an amazing price. He was never on time and had to be called everyday to finish the job.
