Ian is highly skilled, extremely polite, helpful and respectful. Excellent at providing ideas on solutions within a range of budgets and what would be most reasonable. All work completed has been exceptional. I highly recommend his services!
After sales service and care non existent. Paid to have a fence installed and some drainage rectified as they said they could do both jobs, but the drainage problem was not fixed and after several phone calls and emails ignored all requests to rectify their handy work. Have since engaged more professional tradesman to do the job properly. Would not use this company again, very disappointing outcome.
