Stopped in here to get a gift certificate for my sister's birthday. Very convenient in a super location close to other shopping. She said she loved her experience and left feeling pampered and reguvinated.
I loved this place until they disrespect my time. I scheduled an appointment for 315 and the technician I scheduled with is doing a fresh set of nails. Just started on someone. Why schedule appointments if you’re just gonna take people no matter what. It’s unfortunate. I really liked this technician but I have a schedule. And I scheduled my appointment. Why do I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes?
I see Karen, she does great nail services Sometimes I have to wait, even though I've booked an appointment I would give 5 stars but I don't appreciate waiting 10-15 minutes when I e booked an appointment To me , it speaks to, you took a walk in and disrespected my appointment time
