The worst customer service I have experienced. This shop does not stand behind its work. I have nicknamed it TopPro Excuse Shop. Here are the details: My bike was stalling (would not idle at stop lights). TopPro said a $1400 Carburetor Rebuild was needed. After their rebuild, the carburetors never ran well again. TopPro told me I had to warm up the bike, which never had to be done before, but the carburetors did work after the engine was hot. So, I let it go (mistake). Rude when called to inquire in a bike. They did not have the bike but even if he did I would not do business.
Update: Alex is still the best at never selling you anything you do not need, performing thoughtful work & delivering you news, bad or good, in the most empathetic way possible. Met the owner Alex and was asking a bunch of questions and relying on his professional opinion about updating, keeping safe and improving my motorcycle. He was very helpful in recommending the best way to achieve my objectives, more importantly he advised me what not to do and was very honest. I got the work done and am extremely impressed with the results, being on two wheels to me means two less wheels to back me up so finding a great place to get work done and trusting it’s done correctly is so valuable to me. If you value your money and time, stay away from this shop. First thing: Are you able to easily understand this quote? (Attached). Alix arengo (owner of toppro) was charging $1000 to prepare my motorcycle for a track day and change minor things for when I ride on the street, such as front led lamps, levers, license plate holder. (I was providing the pazzo levers, and led lamps). He said that it’s a must have safety wire for trackday. Which is a lie. You don’t need to have your motorcycle safely wired for trackday.
