I cannot express enough how much of a Godsend Chef John was for my husband's birthday dinner! I had accidentally switched up the dates and was in a panic, facing a dinner party with no food. We had Chef John prepare 4 dinner parties on 4 consecutive nights for 16 customers and business associates. Everything he and Wendy served us was a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. Everything from the horderves to the salads to the dinners and finishing with deserts was excellent. I don't like asparagus and I could not stay out of one of his asparagus horderves. Chef John prepared us beautiful and tasty dinners each night of our business trip in Orlando. The food was great and the service was excellent. We were so pleased with the experience and so were our guests.
