I hate going to the gym but after the workout I’m always glad I showed up! Chris and Jon alway make the workouts fun and tough!!! With the multiple class times you don’t have an excuse not to show up! The weight loss challenges they have a couple times a year help keep you on track and keeps you accountable! I love my gym and my trainers!!
Ive been going to this gym for almost 3 years now and i absolutley love it. Cris and John are great trainers, they keep you motivated and push you to become better and stronger. One of the things i love about it is everyday is a different workout, its never the same thing. My 12 year old son joins me sometimes and he loves it as well.
I’ve been going to this gym for about 6 weeks now and I feel great! I started with their trial and told myself I wouldn’t commit till I tried other gyms. Lucky me there was no need to try any other gyms as this was the perfect fit. Coaches keep you on your toes by changing the target area / type of workout daily. What I really love about the workouts are the exercises. Movement and repetition is the main focus. Going to Top Performance has become a regular routine for me. The workouts always challenge me and help with certain target areas. I always look forward to coming especially after a long week.
Ambiance and energy are they the roof. Chris & Jon are very knowledgeable! Also helpful in reaching your goals!!
