Ordered oil last week online with Top Oil 900 litres for £495, didn't arrive so phoned them this morning and they told me payment was declined. Rang my bank to find out why my payment was declined and they said no everything had gone through from my end but that Top Oil had cancelled the payment. Rang Top Oil back and they wouldnt honour the payment and said "aww sometimes the website does that". They offered to put it through for £539.
