Top of the world ranch has been an exceptional place for my recovery, everything from the staff to the exceptional food served! The staff really took the time to really see what was the core problem and helped me address my issues. The living quarters are exceptional as well, private rooms, very clean living environment, and the expanse of wilderness you can explore is absolutely breathtaking! 10 out of 10

Amazing program, staff and kitchen. The chefs prepared healthy meals everyday. This the best I’ve eaten consistently in my life. The setting is beautiful, serene and you can hike all the nature trails or kayak whenever there is free time along with a full gym for workouts. The Top of the World Ranch is truly committed to your recovery and provides an amazing atmosphere for you to heal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for help. Cannot be compared to any traditional treatment center.

Top of The World Ranch is by far the best treatment center in the Midwest! All of the staff have made a huge impact on my life by helping me find my true self. The Ranch met all my needs across the board and most importantly instilled in me the values of Hope, Honesty, Humility and Commitment. I will always be forever grateful for The Ranch.

The Ranch has changed my life. Their focus on underlying mental health issues as well the incredibly compassionate staff really sets them apart from other facilities. Kelsey is an amazing counselor and all the PFs are great. Top notch case management as well. I cannot praise this place enough. My time here was truly life changing. If you are ready to get help and are willing to do the work, this is the place for you ❤️

My husband came to the ranch in March 2024. All I can say is wow, I don’t know what the magic recipe was for him exactly, but he is now sober and truly on “top of the world!” Here he is at 9 months sober, dancing with our daughter on her wedding night. These smiles would not have been glowing this way a year ago! Thank you Top of World Ranch and all of the staff for the work you do.
