Funny reviews from people around here. Angry people probably did something wrong and got evicted. Good! It is not a rental building to begin with. It is a condo. It is an adult building. No screaming children. No parties or vandalism from teenagers. Many government employees, nurses, university students reside at Top of the Valley. I lived across the street from here in another tall building like this one. I had to move away because i could feel lots of tenants here staring at me and lookin in my windows. I complained but was told that i was unreasonable and had no proof. And that im a drug addict. Not sure what me doing some blow sometimes has to do with that but ok. I could feel them staring. Thats enough proof for me
