Excellent building. Huge apartments comparing to the new buildings. Very reasonably priced. If you are lucky and have River Valley view...well...you need to see it to understand it. Views alone worth living in this complex. Amazing gym and sauna. Safeway across the street. The only problem is the constructions. City of Edmonton started rebuilding Jasper ave. It is noisy. Funny reviews from people around here. Angry people probably did something wrong and got evicted. Good! It is not a rental building to begin with. It is a condo. It is an adult building. No screaming children. No parties or vandalism from teenagers. Many government employees, nurses, university students reside at Top of the Valley. The only issue that due to upgrades there are lots of construction. So it is noisy during the process. Other than that it is a nice place to call home. Huge units by modern standards. I lived across the street from here in another tall building like this one. I had to move away because i could feel lots of tenants here staring at me and lookin in my windows. I complained but was told that i was unreasonable and had no proof. And that im a drug addict. Not sure what me doing some blow sometimes has to do with that but ok. I could feel them staring. Thats enough proof for me
