Great place for a night out on the town. Great for college students and those looking to have a good time. Food is ok. But its a good spot to just hang out and cut loose. The best time to go are those really beautiful nights and enjoy the balcony. You wont be disappointed.
Good place to hang out I went to Top of The Stairs (TOTS) in the summertime when the bars are less crowded and it was a lot of fun. On Thursdays they have all you can eat ribs. If you're looking for a strong drink, the rail is pretty good and it's only $8.
