I absolutely cannot recommend Top Of The Stack to anyone. We are having problems with our gas fireplace burner shutting off on its own. Matt came out today, removed the glass, removed the front guard, put everything back together....and that was literally it. Didn't clean anything, didn't adjust anything, didn't repair anything. He told me he had no idea what was wrong with our fireplace and then charged me $75. The burner even went out WHILE he was here and he made no attempt to get to the bottom of what is wrong.
