We bought an adf linear 100 through top of the range and used Ross wood as an installer. We were very happy with all the steps. The advice was great, fire is great and overall very happy.

We purchased a True North TN20 fireplace nearly two years ago and had some problems with opening and closing the doors as the handle was would not work, and the Team replaced it very happy with there after sales service and so easy to talk to the staff very much appreciate.

I recently bought a second heater from TOTR for our new house we recently bought. There was no question I was going to buy it from them. Their customer service, knowledge and pricing is second to none. Their recommended installers Kellerman are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble or for them. Do yourself a favour and go to TOTR first - you won’t be disappointed!
