TOL was your worst nightmare come true! Viking Steel Structures who they work with wasn't much better. Do yourself a favor and purchase your carport locally. These companies are too far away and can never fulfill your build the time they say they will. Viking Steel Structures treat you great when selling it to you, then Juan stopped answering my questions and wouldn't call me back or email me....or the contractor putting in my concrete slab. This company sub out work.. they do not install themselves.. Installer 8 hr late for install with no call to inform. Then drove straight into front yard. Got stuck and has destroyed my front yard.tow truck required. TOL refuse to repair the yard and also refuse to give me installers information.
