I am very disappointed with how unprofessional this plumbing company has been. The girls handling the call scheduling clearly have no proper understanding of how to manage bookings. I’ve been getting the runaround since Friday — constant confusion, no clear answers, and no communication. The plumber arrived late without any call or notice, and then left the job unfinished.
