Never use this company again. I couldn't work out why they were so quick each time. Then i realised they were not flushing the down pipes, just picking a few leaves out the gutter. Which subsequently flooded after it rained next time. I use a proper cleaning service now and don't have a problem.
After a poor experience with a different company, the excellent customer service and high standards that the Gents at Top Of The Ladder provided were a refreshing change. Administration were prompt and kind, the Guys cleaning were thorough and efficient. I will definitely be using their services again. Thanks!
Can’t recommend Top of the Ladder enough. They went above and beyond for me.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company. My grandmother had a problem with water pooling at 2 doorways on the patio and a gutter that was almost enclosed. She found the men to be polite and efficient. That was 2 years ago and no more problems. She hired them again recently.
