Good lay out, well managed, great access to the beach, the pool is nice, centrally located to a lot of fun places for young and old the lounge chairs are very good quality. There are multi level sitting places to kick back to look at white sand. Parking is adequate, 804 is a nice unit, it is beachly decorated and clean. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are for sleeping and cooking a family meal, there is a place to BBQ also. So, come to PCB and be on top of the Gulf by staying at Top of the Gulf…
The only reason I left a 1 star review is because it would let me leave a no star. Soon as I walked in the room the smell was so bad. Did not seem very clean. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I decided to not even fulfill my reservation as I just walked out. And then I was only parked there for an hour but they would not refund me my $30. Avoid this place at all cost.
We have stayed here for 10-12 years the rooms have gotten updated but some of the policies seem to be a bit over kill. Seemed better 5 years ago.
