Top of the Gulf is at a Great location, and the property is Clean, Safe, and overall awesome. No security guard at the entrance which was fine with me, parking was great, and easily access to our ground level room! The rooms on the bottom have a small patio area which was nice, and we had a small view toward the Gulf, which again very well depicted in the photos on Booking.com and Real Joy. Went down for Labor Day weekend and booked through real joy vacations. Though the booking process is real easy through real joy. Upon arrival we were told we would have a parking pass waiting in the room for the stay. That was false. Having to pay for parking wasn’t specified which was 30.00. Upon walking into the room as soon as we opened the door to the room is stunk of mold. There was mold growing on the base boards, all over the a/c vent for the room and along with newer water damage on the walls where it wasn’t cleaned ... read more
Poor experience our room was dirty hair was everywhere on the bed. We had a feeling staying like a ghetto. I really do not recommend it to stay there. Zero star.
Good lay out, well managed, great access to the beach, the pool is nice, centrally located to a lot of fun places for young and old the lounge chairs are very good quality. There are multi level sitting places to kick back to look at white sand. Parking is adequate, 804 is a nice unit, it is beachly decorated and clean. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are for sleeping and cooking a family meal, there is a place to BBQ also. So, come to PCB and be on top of the Gulf by staying at Top of the Gulf…
