This is a great company. I was blown away by the deep cleaning my house received. The attention to detail was awesome. Everyone has been super friendly and caring. Nobody has shamed me for letting things get out of such disarray. My questions are always answered promptly, and it’s clear what I am paying for. A genuine hard working small business that cares about customer communication and satisfaction.
I hired this company to clean at my job. They were very responsive, communicative, thorough, and easy to work with! I am in the process of using them again.
The absolute worst. And, I know the owner is going to reply and try to tear me apart. But, I hired them for a move out clean. I was open that the house wasn't in the best shape on the intake form (under condition, I even selected "poor"), but also informed the crew they sent out of areas not to worry about because the landlord was going to do repairs and renovations on. I recently hired Top of The Class Clean for a much-needed deep clean on my house. They were very easy to work with, professional, timely in communications, and the work they did was great. I wish I could do a regular service, but I'm very happy with the deep clean they did and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. My dog was also very happy that the crew who came out were friendly and he felt at-ease while they were there :)
