God's timing is Great. A little over a year ago I was given a copy of Brad's book "You aren't a car or are you". After reading the book I had a better understanding of how to read my body and deal with stress. Shortly after reading the book I was diagnosed with cancer. The things I learned in the book helped me deal with the Doctors and make wise decisions. I am better now and am still using what I learned. One additional advantage of what I learned is how I applied it to weight loss, which I have maintained.
