I would give 10/10 to this beautiful establishment. I have tried a few wax places, including European Wax Center, but Top Notch Waxing is my favorite. I’ve been getting my wax done at Top Notch for almost 2 years now. I used to go to the Union City location while working in San Jose. This is second 5 star review for Top Notch Waxing. Its Been couple years I’m going to them and they have helped me a lot to achieve my skin care goals. I highly recommend to get Facials and most sanitary wax services at this place. 10/10.
