I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Excellent service. Jess is a true craftsperson. We had her install a gasoline heater in our recently purchased pro master van. She knows pro master camper vans inside and out. She has several vans that she has done herself for her rental fleet. They are all impressive. For us, she did a great job with the heater installation and orienting us to how to use it. It works great and we are very very satisfied with its operation. Jess was very accommodating and helpful to a couple of van-life newbies. The Promaster 2500 van by the name of Suzy we rented from Top Notch was mechanically flawless over the course of our 4500 mile trip and a pleasure to drive. I found the driver's seat to be the most comfortable of any vehicle I have ever driven and after a couple of longish trips in our Hyundai Santa Fe since we returned from our cross country trek, I miss driving the Promaster. I reached out to Jess & Ryan at Top Notch Vans a few weeks ago for a consultation. They were not only quick to get back to me, but super easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable on van builds. There is a plethora of van build information online, some bad some good and I felt that Jess & Ryan were able to break down the good vs the bad of a van build. I’d recommend them to any van builder looking for direction in the process. Solid craftsmanship & experienced vanlifers.
