Jess was very accommodating and helpful to a couple of van-life newbies. The Promaster 2500 van by the name of Suzy we rented from Top Notch was mechanically flawless over the course of our 4500 mile trip and a pleasure to drive. I found the driver's seat to be the most comfortable of any vehicle I have ever driven and after a couple of longish trips in our Hyundai Santa Fe since we returned from our cross country trek, I miss driving the Promaster. I reached out to Jess & Ryan at Top Notch Vans a few weeks ago for a consultation. They were not only quick to get back to me, but super easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable on van builds. There is a plethora of van build information online, some bad some good and I felt that Jess & Ryan were able to break down the good vs the bad of a van build.
