Today we had a terrible experience with TNT. The technician was incredibly rude as well as the district manager. There are many other companies we could give our business to and service our yard. We had a great experience previously with Leslie and David. I was completely appalled to hear how my husband was spoken to as we have never had this issue before. Techs are overworked and underpaid. Which leads them to do bad jobs and have bad attitudes.
