Great people to deal with. I had a branch that snapped in one of my maple trees. The only thing that prevented the branch from smashing a hole through our roof was the fact that there was a limb underneath holding it up. I called Derek and once he answered I could tell he was busy cutting on another job. I told him of my dilemma and he was very professional and treated me with respect.
