Top Notch was amazing from start to finish. Everyone from the person answering the phone, to arborist who came out and looked at all our trees to the tree crew and finally the stump grinder everyone was great, friendly and they were very responsive to my questions. They were efficient and cleaned up better than expected. Everyone who did work wore safety equipment as expected suggesting the management takes worker safety seriously. EDIT - They got back in contact with me and corrected the issues. Thank you so much to everyone at Top Notch Tree Care! I would like to give 5 stars, as the folks that actually did the labor did a fantastic job. However, they told me somebody else was going to take the wood. I've been trying to get in contact for months now, and they're not responding. Life lesson, I guess, is don't pay until work is entirely done and cleaned up. I would love to get this addressed, so please get in contact with me!
Great service—friendly and efficient. Cleaned up all the debris and left the area looking better than before the damage.
Top Notch did a great job in removing the large down oak from the storm. They met all timelines and ground up stump two weeks later.
