Top Notch recently cleaned up a bunch of trees for us after a storm. Ryley responded quickly, was courteous and professional, and brought his crew to get the job done within 2 days. The crew was punctual, worked quickly, and picked up every single leaf, branch, and every piece of sawdust from our yard. I highly recommend Top Notch Tree Care for their exceptional service. They recently trimmed a Locust and a Crabapple tree in my front yard, handling a large volume of work efficiently and safely. The crew was professional, left the property spotless, and offered very fair, reasonable pricing. Excellent company overall.
I hired Top Notch Tree Care four years ago to prune the trees in my two acre yard and was very pleased with the result and the price. When a storm passed through two weeks ago, it took out a mature walnut tree and split it in half from top to bottom. Fortunately the half that fell landed in the middle of the yard and didn't cause any damage except that it landed on a 40 year old spruce. I tried repeatedly over several days to schedule an arborist visit. Calling the Lansing branch consistently rang without being answered, while the Mason office answered immediately. After finally reaching the Lansing office, I was told they would check on alternate appointment dates and call me back, but I did not receive a response despite multiple follow-up attempts.
