Had high hopes for the guy. He completed one project of replacing a section of gas line in my basement. Charged around $1000 for a few hours of work but he completed it in a good workman like manner. He brought his 8 year old son so maybe he was charging for 2 guys, I'm not sure....I asked if he would be interested in running the underground plumbing for a new construction project and he said yes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We had Jordan from Top Notch out today for a plugged drain and he also found a small gas leak in his inspection. We were incredibly impressed with his professionalism, expertise, and customer service. He completed the repair work quickly and efficiently and everything was left clean and tidy. I was also very impressed with the communication throughout the process. He kept me updated on the progress of the work and answered all questions patiently and thoroughly.
