Unfortunately I have to update my review. One of the shutters broke. They should last longer then 2 years. I have I been trying for months to get in touch with the owner. I’ve left multiple messages with not one return phone call or message. Either they’re out of business or they just only care about selling their product. I am so disappointed in them! 😔. I'm not sure if this business has totally imploded but in case they are still trying to take peoples money here's a warning to anyone considering doing business with "Top Notch Shutters" and Ken Gilbert. We had Ken install $15,000+ plantation shutters throughout out house, but when he came to install them he told us he had ordered the wrong shutters for two of our windows. He installed all the correct shutters as well as the two mismatched shutters and said he'd order the replacements right away. He's related to some of our ... read more
