Very honest in his appraisal of our roof. He shared what was needed as well as what was not needed--which is pretty rare these days. Much appreciated. Would highly recommend.
After suddenly learning I had a leak from the snow storm into my entry room, Zach explained the cause and how they could help. Lots of people had the same problem and he fit me in so quickly and was also very mindful of how long the job took and making sure everything was okay. They did an amazing job, were so kind and helpful with explaining what happened, how to potentially avoid this in the future, and ideas of what to do next. I could not recommend Top Notch more!!
Did a great job removing the ice dam on my roof.
First and foremost I was impressed with Zach and his knowledge of roofing. I had to get an inspection for insurance report. The inspection was through and fortunately everything looked good at this point. Zach did a complete and detailed inspection with photos and detailed explanations. The price was more than fair. Although my roof has a 2 to 4 years of life left I'm going to have Top Notch re shingle the entire roof in September 26. I can honestly recommend this company!
