Xavier was awesome to deal with from start to finish. Super friendly, turned up when he said he would, and explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand. The roof looks amazing now – honestly like brand new. You can tell he really takes pride in what he does and doesn’t cut corners. Finding good tradies in Sydney can be hit and miss, but Xavier made the whole thing stress-free. If you need your roof restored, I’d 100% recommend him and the Top Notch team.
Xavier and his team did a wonderful job repainting our Colorbond roof. During a very wet period of weather, we were kept fully informed that the work would begin as soon as the sun returned. The team was courteous, helpful and the work was done at a competitive price. The roof looks as good as new. Would thoroughly recommend Top Notch!
I rang Xavier after discovering a small water mark on my ceiling. With painters coming in 2 days, Xavier understood the urgency and was able to identify and rectify the problem quickly as we were expecting rain later in the week. He was knowledgeable, reliable, friendly and price was reasonable. He also fixed a couple of other small roof issues while he was here that I wasn't aware of. Staff friendly and cleaned up after days worked. Accidentally broke a plant pot and said he would gerney driveway as payment but didn't happen. Difficult to ascertain increase in final bill compared to quote as final invoice was not itemised. End result looks great though.
Very happy with the service provided by Xavier and better priced than other contractors. Highly recommend Top Notch Roof Restorations.
