The owner is rude and unprofessional. I took my coworker to get her car from his reop lot, and she paid the payments that she had gotten behind on. They released her car so she could pick it up. She asked the company that released her vehicle if any fees would need to be paid at the lot, and they said no, that they were included in the payments she had just made. The owner was rude, showed a lack of empathy, and was unprofessional. He didn't introduce himself. If I could say what I really want to say, Google would not allow it. Try to charge a redemption fee of 300 dollars and a storage fee, then hold the car for another week. HOW DOES THIS GUY HAVE A BUSINESS? THIS GUY NEEDS JESUS! THE ONLY REDEMPTION I HAVE IS FROM Jesus Christ! it paid in full!
