Avoid this company--especially for weddings. I booked a 40-passenger bus with Top Notch Party Bus & Limousine for my wedding day, and they showed up with a 30-passenger bus. It caused chaos and stress when we should've been focused on celebrating. What made it worse is that they've completely ignored all my calls, emails, and texts since then--no explanation, no apology, no accountability. Totally unprofessional. I would not trust them with any important event.
I rented a bus with them for my wedding two weeks ago and had no AC. I mentioned this to them and they kept saying "a manager will get back to you" and never do. The party bus was almost $1,700. Seems like this company only cares about money. Kept going back and forth for two weeks through emails and phone calls and have not heard anything back. Please do not book with this business.
