I rented a bus with them for my wedding two weeks ago and had no AC. I mentioned this to them and they kept saying "a manager will get back to you" and never do. The party bus was almost $1,700. Seems like this company only cares about money. Kept going back and forth for two weeks through emails and phone calls and have not heard anything back. Please do not book with this business.
I would rate this company 0 star if there is 0 star I had a wedding I paid top dollar but they bring me a bad party bus with no A/C I kept calling the company every single day telling me the same thing over and over manager will call you back it’s very very bad customer service I would never go back and deal with this company again
Top Notch has always been easy to work with, on time and communicative! We enjoy using their services for our corporate events and programs.
Very very bad customer service I was having a wedding they got me the bus with out A/C I was trying to call them over a week no one called me back I will never ever gonna deal with this company no more
