Do not hire Josh Terrell to paint anything! He will make excuse after excuse and run off with your money. He also left our kitchen cabinet doors out in the rain and destroyed them.

Paint on top edge of cabinets is chipping off after 4 months. Told me warranty was void we were confined to mostly the basement because the kitchen was walled off for a week. And the fumes were terrible. This is top notch painting in morrow ohio
Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had. He will take your money and run. Absolute nightmare!
Just a heads up for anyone looking for a contractor. Do not trust Josh Terrell with Top Notch Painting. He is unreliable, does awful work, and is completely unprofessional. Out a deposit at this point after having to fire him from a job in our new home because he’s already run off with the money that should go towards supplies. It’s been excuse after excuse with him and a constant headache. Look elsewhere so you don’t have to learn this the hard way like we did.
