Dylan knew I don't live in Jax so he went above what he needed to do & took pictures of the house and sent to me. He also offered to do some extra things for me like pressure washing the deck and fence. He was upfront in saying days he'd be there and what was to be done. He explained things fully to me. I think he did a wonderful job and I have recommended him/Top Notch already.
Top Notch Painting is just that and more. Dylan Olds is amazing and goes above and beyond. We had him paint the majority of the interior of our home and replace and repair a defected upstairs bathroom ceiling last year. We were extremely pleased with the results. We recently had him return to paint a couple of bedrooms and repair the dining room ceiling and restore, re-sand and seal our pavers. All I can say is WOW! I had an accent wall in the kitchen, a dining room, hallway, an office, and two bedrooms painted by Dylan and his partner at Top notch painting. They were professional and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. They were clean and very respectful while in our home. My wife and I are so pleased with his services and would 100 percent have him back to paint the remainder of our home when the time comes.
