Top Notch Moving Solutions is the BEST They handled funiture with care showed up on time, very professional, saved me time and pain by packing my items, unpacking and assembling my furniture. The staff and owner was courteous and pricing was phenomenal and well worth every penny. Update—still no resolution. Company is refusing to release my property that according to the owner, Joe Nelson, was never put in storage, although monthly storage of $1,000 was consistently paid. Now the owner is making threats. I can post the text messages if anyone is interested. Joe and Top Notch have fully breached their contract with me and have now taken my property hostage. Last week, had an over size king bedroom set moved . Jermain and Keith lived up to the company name. They were on time (even a little early), polite, cautious with furniture. Great job. I would use Top Notch again
Top Notch did a wonderful job packing up my home goods. From there, things went downhill. Items at my medical office were not cleared out and rather than my goods being stored in a climate controlled environment, Clarence Joe Nelson (the owner) recently informed me that he has “stored” my medical office equipment and products in his moving truck for the past two years. Update, Let me start by saying - my family has used these guys MANY MANY times prior to this move last Tuesday (06/22/2021).... Let's start with the nice young lady on the phone - who quoted $495 for the first 3 hours, then $125/hr thereafter. They get to my house - 3 of the 4 at 9am, and the rate on the sheet went from $125/hr to $175/hr. Then 10:40am, the 4th kid shows.
