This is a great company. Pricing is reasonable and they were able to finish the job quickly. They fixed the skirting and foundation of my manufactured home up to FHA standards. I would highly recommend using them.

I like to thank Ian Ortar and his crew for the work they recently complete. The Homeowner, Realtors, Buyers, Engineer and Lender all are very happy that this job was close. The upgrade of the Tie Downs of this home was originally completed by the lowest bidder and the engineer would not approve the work that was done. This is Friday evening schedule to close on Monday. Chris Estes is a lying crook, his crew ruined and destroyed my whole double wide home! I thought my home needed leveling but it did NOT. I am a disabled senior citizen who had to borrow $1575 for them to destroy my home and this loan takes me 15 months to repay. I did not know my home was already sitting on concrete footers. Rob and his crew showed up 5 hours late and in 3 short hours they left me with a busted water pipe and no water overnight. They also left me with my metal roof line crooked and seams torn.
