I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I initially scheduled an appointment for an estimate, and Tyler seemed professional at first. However, things quickly went downhill. Not only did they miss the first appointment without any notice, but He also failed to show up for the rescheduled appointment. I tried reaching out multiple times via phone calls and messages, but he completely ignored me. After two missed appointments and no response to my follow-ups, I’m beyond disappointed. The best people ever!!! Tyler and Tyler are efficient professionals they removed the old crappy front door and installed my new front door in just a few hours. I so love it, Thank you Tyler! I will be calling you again! It's February 2025 as weather is frizzing out -4-5-6-degres having my new door and floor has kept us safe. I'm thankful for the work they did to the front door and look forward to them fixing my windows and more Please Tyler call me for the next repairs job I have for you.
The guys at top notch are very knowledgeable and fantastic guys to be around when working. They replaced my front door and back door, reframed the back window to ensure no more leaking. Definitely will be calling them for everything I do on my home from now on. They are a dime a dozen! Thank you so much!
