Top Notch is a top notch company. From communicating with Tyler to get an estimate and project start date to working with the project foreman, Jackson. I had a pleasant and stress-free experience with this company. Jackson and his crew did an amazing job communicating with me and installing skirting on our doublewide. Him and his crew were also very kind and respectable. Nothing that we discussed was missed and the quality of the job is superb. Highly recommended!
Couldn't have asked more of them they came in when they scheduled it and done a fine job. They even went out of their way to find a leak that I had no idea about until they started there work. They are very respectful and honest about their work. If I ever need something else they will be the first to call.
I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I initially scheduled an appointment for an estimate, and Tyler seemed professional at first. However, things quickly went downhill. Not only did they miss the first appointment without any notice, but He also failed to show up for the rescheduled appointment. I tried reaching out multiple times via phone calls and messages, but he completely ignored me. After two missed appointments and no response to my follow-ups, I’m beyond disappointed. The best people ever!!! Tyler and Tyler are efficient professionals they removed the old crappy front door and installed my new front door in just a few hours. I so love it, Thank you Tyler! I will be calling you again! It's February 2025 as weather is frizzing out -4-5-6-degres having my new door and floor has kept us safe. I'm thankful for the work they did to the front door and look forward to them fixing my windows and more Please Tyler call me for the next repairs job I have for you.
