I'm writing because I just had my third service from Top Notch on my engine and I am very happy. They always do a great job and make me feel good about my decision to deal with them. What a great crew!
We are VERY DISSATISFIED customers. Worse customer service ever.... We ordered a new Starcraft SVX191 boat and had to wait 3 months to take delivery, due to the manufacture being closed due to Covid. That we understood and wasn't an issue. However the service or lack of I service I should say has been horrible. When we went to take delivery, they were very unorganized. Poor customer service and unethical business practices...this boat dealership doesn't stand up for what is right nor will they stand-by their word. Very disappointed, purchased a new boat and its been a horrible experience dealing with Top-Notch (Ft. Pierce and Melbourne) on every occasion. Buyer beware and stay clear of these folks!!!
Working with the Melbourne marine has been a Nighmare . We have been treated very poorly and lied to. I feel like we need to warn people to stay away from this place because as of now they won't return the brand new boat we bought that has been defective since day 1. I have been a customer since we moved to Merritt Island in 2008. They have always treated us fair and we bought a boat from them and also use them for repairs. Again, good eperience and fair pricing. We tried another boat place north and were sorry we did. We went back to Top Notch and won't leave again.
As a former employee of Topnotch Marine I can say this place is horrible. I'm a recent employee of topnotch marine melbourne fl facility. When I was asked to put in automotive oil in a brandnew yamaha outboard for an annual service and not replace a mandatory fuel filter which is required by yamaha I knew this place was a joke specially for a yamaha dealer. Having been a boat owner and buyer for 40 years this company gave us the best service in our lifetime. From walking into the showroom to viewing the huge inventory selection, I will say this team is really Top Notch. Took delivery and they helped us get implemented to the new boat. Great people! We and our grandkids love the new pontoon!
