What a terrible experience. Derek demanded money up front to clean up my yard. I paid him and we set a day for the work to be done. He never showed up and wouldn't answer my phone calls or texts. What an awful way to do business
Horrible experience! Please avoid this business at all costs! It's a joke that they even call themselves a business because they do not know how to operate one. Very unprofessional. Will take your money and run! Derek gets mad at you on the phone if you call to ask why the services were not provided - the services that we PAID for already (we have invoices as proof). Takes your money upfront and does not show up. Paid up front for a weekly lawn mowing service and does not show up. When asked it’s constant excuses and then starts to dodge calls. This guy is a scam. He is very unethical and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. There are better services out there.
I agree with the other bad reviews and I wish I read them before hiring Derek. I would give this business 0 stars if I could!!!! Called to ask when he would come mow our lawn and he acted like he didn't even know me and said he didn't do business for me. He was fast on getting money upfront when we hired him and he insisted on Venmo. Should've noted the red flag on that!!! Only hire this business if you want your money gone. Scam!!!!
We paid upfront for weekly mowing for the summer. The mowers showed up once in 6 weeks and inexplicably mowed only half the lawn. We have tried calling Derek repeatedly and sending texts. There are constant promises to show up 'tomorrow'...and then nothing. We, and the our two neighbors who also signed up with him (three homes/lawns in a row), are beyond frustrated.
