I just purchased a new home in Zephyrhills Florida. The lawn was done by Top Notch Landscaping from Clermont Florida. My lawn is full of weeds and bugs. My lawn is the worst in my neighborhood. I would not recommend them at all. I spoke to one of their workers and he explained that the problem was that the lawn was not maintained properly. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE THE WORST IN THE AREA.
