Bob is friendly but unprofessional. He was 30 minutes late to the appointment to evaluate our granite countertop to reseal it. No big deal. He said he would come over at 10am on Tuesday to do the job. 10:30am on Tuesday I text him. "Are you coming?" He informs me that some "things have come up" and he's going to come at 1pm. I tell him not to bother. I have no idea how his work is, but I don't like it when a contractor doesn't value my time. Buyer beware.
My experience with Bob Benedetti and his company has to be one of the worst I have ever had with a contractor or supposed "professional". We called him in to do a custom granite counter-top. He was running some special pricing on a particular style. A different local company was to actually do the granite cutting and prep and they have a good reputation so I decided to use him despite not knowing anything about him.
