Brandon is very good at what he does. He did all the plumbing and installation of washers, dryers, utility sinks, etc for me when I was opening my business. He also built a counter for my front lobby and did some remodeling of the retail space I was preparing to operate/open my business. He’s also done mechanical work on mine and my daughter’s vehicles. I call him “Jack” because he’s like a “Jack of all trades” I would defiantly recommend Brandon @ Top Notch Improvements.
Very accommodating when Emergencies come up. We had to reschedule a few times due to my best friends kidney! Job was done to our needs. One side of basement steps there was no railing. Top notch was very precise and timely and lastly, he's a nice guy!!!
I provided Top Notch improvements with a down payment for work and he is now not responding and did not complete the work. Just my experience though.
