Unreliable. Unprofessional and in-honest. This person was promising us he’s coming for five days .. day after day creating a different excuse. We cancelled other technicians because of his promise but he never showed up for five days. At the fifth day, at the last moment when he called to come, he told us he will charge $200 just to check the problem. What a really unprofessional way to do business.
Very professional and upfront about issues and what needed to be done. Got out to us quickly and was very efficient. Tyfun the owner was awesome. Very polite and made me confident everything would be taken care of. Would recommend to anyone for their HVAC needs.
After 26 years and showing it's age, it was time to replace our AC system. Ty from Top Notch HVAC promptly showed up at 9:00 AM and in approximately 7 hrs upgraded our home to a more efficient and healthier air handling environment. Extremely satisfied. Thanks.
