Can't say how enough good things about Jon and Joe. They spent almost 5 months completely remodeling our home. You have to see the video on their Facebook page. Their thoughts and visions are amazing. Highly recommend them for any job big or small!
They just finished a remodel on my kitchen and 1/2 bath. I can’t even believe this is my house! Came out truly beautiful. Every detail was looked at. Joe and Jon worked with me on picking out materials and were a great help! I couldn’t be more happy with their work and their work ethic. Our 1250 sf contemporary home was built using pre-fabbed wall panels and trusses from Hammond Lumber. Our project involved getting the home tight the weather so we could take it from there. Even with weather challenges, Jon and Joe attacked it with tremendous attention to detail and brought us tight to the weather in about 10-11 days! We are so very proud of these two young men! Jon and Joe did an excellent job replacing our rotten, water damaged screen porch, decks and sill plate. They are very professional, personable and detail oriented. We wanted to work with a product that they had never used. They took the time to research it and the local code to verify its compliance. It was a pleasure working with them and look forward to working with them again on future home projects. I highly recommend Top Notch Home Renovations for any home improvement projects you have.
Highly recommend! Removed 3 skylights and reroofed over. My roof looks perfect, like there wasn't ever anything there, the interior work is just as great. Left my yard and interior spotless. Great with responding to texts, and showed up on time. Will have them back to do more work.
